If You Aren't Using a 'Reader' You are Missing Out on a Great Tool!

I can't believe that only 90 days ago, I didn't even know what a 'Reader' was. Now, it's one of the best tools I have to keep up with the real estate market and blogs that I'm interested in reading. It helps me stay inspired and informed to provide my own readers with excellent content.

If you aren't familiar with a Reader, it is similar to the inbox for your email. Instead, of emails it fills with the the newest content from blogs or websites you subscribe to. I also have a feed from Trulia Voices so that if anyone asks a question in my area, I'm notified in my reader.

Just imagine, instead of surfing the 10+ sites that you are interested in...the content comes to you. What could be better? I use Google Reader. Check out their tour if you aren't using it already.

I tried using a reader before, but it just loaded up and overflowed...I will take a look at this one from Google... Thanks for the reminder.

Great idea although my e-mail box is full everyday. I also use google and will try it, I might like it

Dawn and Paul, I know the pressure of keeping up with email. But, this actually has been a more efficient way to stay on top of news and blogs rather than hours surfing. Try it...you might like it. Fill it with the blogs and news that you would like to be visiting anyway and you may be able to control the overwhelm. Good luck.
