1. I need you to get pre-approved. I offer a one stop shop if you'd like to qualify through the company I originate loans with, but it's not a requirement that you use only that resource. I'm concerned that you get the best loan with the best rate to fit your situation.
2. Be honest about what you're looking for and let me provide you with information. Part of my job is to give you access to EVERY home available, good, bad or ugly. I'm not going to pick out homes for you to look at. I'll give you the choices and you tell me what you want to see.
3. If you have a great experience, I ask you to tell as many people about me. My highest compliment is a referral or kind word. Again, be honest. If I don't do my job well...please tell me. I want to make sure I've satisfied your expectations.
4. Be loyal...I'm here to help you with overall financial planning. Let's talk about investments, refinances and future plans. I'm not here to sell you a home and take a check. I'm here to form a life long partnership that benefits all of us.
