As many of you know I work with Active 55+ Seniors that are moving to the Triangle on a regular basis.  I had 3 inquiries just this week.  The Triangle is so popular for retirement because the housing is affordable and the taxes are reasonable too(less than 1% of the assessed value and we only have assessments every eight years).

With all due respect I couldn't help but pass this video on to my fellow Senior Residential Real Estate Specialist (SRES) experts and any of the clients that may be considering a move to the Triangle.  Yes, Realtors have a sense of humor too!

Tracy, you are doing great with the use of video. We close Melinda and John on the 31st, it was moved up a day, they are pre-signing this week and will be leaving for North Carolina on Monday that week. They have been an absolute joy to work with, thanks so much.

Tracy,

GREAT!!  plus it was the put to the Talking Heads....great fit.  I did cringe a little bit when I saw that gentleman fall on the rocks....ouch.

Tracy:  I guess I shouldn't laugh since I'm almost ready to join the 55+ seniors.  I hope I can get around as good as these folks in the video.  Gosh, falling on that rock had to hurt.

Thanks Konnie,

This video has been a real hit will all of my clients and friends!

PS.  I spent hours working w/Photoshop on the ActiveTracy icon.  It was very difficult and I don't have an easy way to tell you how to do it.

Tracy,
Funny!  But does make one wonder if there were any serious injuries.
