CJ Harrington~ Maybe that IS true, but I would like to see the statistics from someone OTHER than realtor.com's statistics................

I agree that sometimes the REALTOR.com statistics are difficult to believe, but I think the real proof is in the online reporting that shows the actual number of hits that a property receives (as well as the number of times it was viewed as a featured home).  I'm a big fan of their products and regularly use the data that they provide (on my listings) in both my listing presentations and in follow-up meetings.

The beta site has me very excited ... featured homes are highlighted EVEN MORE!  If you are a seller, you need to be a featured home for maximum exposure.  Although I can tie any one deal to the system, I do know that my client's property is regularly in front of the buyer.
