Ah, Cary, North Carolina.  Seems like every other list from Forbes or CNN that comes out, Cary is ranked in the top 10 somewhere.

So what do June 2008's number say as far as the real estate market in Cary.

For a buyer, this is great news! Currently there are almost twice as many homes for sale in Cary as last year at this time, with about a 75% decrease in homes sold.

The Average Days on Market is staying steady at 57-59 days, showing that homes are still moving, and buyers are still out there.  And homes are still selling at 97% of their list price.

Yes, the current montly supply of homes is much higher than last year at 5 months versus 1.8 month supply last year.  Again, it's a great time to be a buyer in Cary.

great analysis of your numbers. It looks like NC is starting to see some signs of what the national numbers are doing, but 5.8 months supply is a nice healthy market
