What do you want?

Seriously, take a moment and really think about this question:  What do you want?

I recently attended the Tony Robbins Wealth Mastery Event and one of the guest speakers told a story about asking this very question, "What do you want?".  The story gave examples of profound results in both business & personal environments.

He went on to warn: before asking this question to someone you better be prepared to follow through if you were in a relationship with this person or audience.  If they tell you and you don't do it....it is really the same as saying "I don't care about you"

So I would like to ask "What Do You Want?" to all my new AR friends.  I hope that you will take a moment to respond with your answers to this question.   Try to list 3 things that you would like to achieve within the next 90 Days.

My logic is this........ those reading & contributing to this post will provide the AR Community with valuable information to help us grow in business and in our personal lives.  I believe in telling my story to anyone who will listen because you never know who that one person is going to be that can help you in ways you can't imagine.

So, What Do I Want?

1. A successful real estate company with 50 happy realtors working for the company in San Diego County.  ((I currently have about 20 --- so I need to hire 30 realtors))

2. A $0 Balance on my AMEX cc

3. A cash machine ((i.e. - a business that provides residual income > $3000 per month))

Imagine -- how powerful this post will be after 20+ people have shared...

Great topic Drew! This is like our goal setting and training seminars we have at our office. Its one thing to say it, its another thing to post it for others to see and be held accountable.

1) 3 closings, and 3 new listings

2) find peace and happiness within myself again (recently broke up with someone)

3) complete some additional training and reading Ive been putting off

Drew, great question and infrormation.  It really causes me to think.

1. To build my business to average a minimum of 3 closings per month.  Along with that to continue to find buyers and sellers to at the bare minimum to perpetuate those numbers

2. To buy investment properties to build a residual income of at least $5K per month.

3. To get my smile back!  I tend to get a little too worried to be spontanious with my smile.

Great post!

hi guys - thank you so much for sharing, it means a great deal to me.  Please let me know if I can do anything to help you achieve your goals.

Mike, check my site for my suggested reading list -there are some great books.  I try to read 2 books per month so I would love to hear about any good books you have read.

Tony & Darcy - what type of investment property are you looking for and where?  I spend quite a bit of time looking for properties across the nation for my preferred investor database.  I will be happy to send you any interesting properties.

Drew,

I have had the last few days off as it was a long weekend here in Canada and was thinking about this very idea. Here is what I came up with.

1. Hire the right person that can actually get my blog/website  set up correctly so people can find me on the web. Find someone in the TV world that will want to see my pilot that is being filmed for a Home Staging show with a twist. Can't tell you what the twist is here.

2. Conncect with 6 more Realtors in the next month that I will use me on a steady basis to Stage their listings.

3. Find more products that I can sell from my website. These products must be unique design products that are made by individuals, not mass produced. If you know of someone in your circle that fits that bill please have them contact me.

I am taking steps each day to make this plan come together. I believe as you do that if you tell enough people about your dreams, someone will appear to help you along the way.

1.  I also want a minimum of 3 sales per month with clients who are well-qualified.

2.  A sense of ease and calm when dealing with situations that have the potential to fall apart.

3.  Have a fairy God-mother to create a website that is heavy on capturing leads, etc.

4.  I want to become a RE instructor (company level to start and mega level later)

***I need to post this someplace to read it daily like a mantra of sorts.

Drew - I love questions like this.  here goes:

1.  Maintain an average of 5 closings per month with buyers and sellers to support that.

2.  Continue to paydown business debt (purchased 3 offices in 2006 - not the best time to have bought real estate offices)

3.  Raise the rest of my $$ goal for the Breast Cancer 3 Day that I'll be walking in 9/19 - 9/21 in the Twin Cities.

4.  Plan one biking weekend getaway with friends and explore many of the great Minnesota bike trails.
