In Montgomery and Greene Counties in Ohio there were 716 homes sold in May 2008, down 131 homes from May 2007, a decrease of 15%.

48 homes were listed in May 2007 and 579 homes expired. Comparatively, 1191 homes were listed in May 2008 and 665 homes expired.

Christina - That is some contrast last year May 48 homes listed this May  1191, wow you have a lot of inventory.  Although the sales was down glad to see there are homes still selling.
