In 2007 this website received over five million (5,000,000) unique visitors according to the statistics my contact their provided me. They are also already estimating that they will exceed that number based on comparing where they were last year at the time of my inquiry.

Five million visitors is a decent amount of traffic to any website but I wanted to know more specifically about the traffic that visits their real estate related pages. I was told that their main real estate page (http://www.orangecounty.net/html/real.html) received 120,000 unique visitors in 2007. Now that is an impressive amount of targeted traffic!

Switching hats for a moment and looking at this sites ability to pass link juice to your website, what I found was that you actually get two links from your listing on this site. One is a text link and the other is an image link. These links are found on the above mentioned real estate specific page with only about 21 other advertisers.

The specific page is indexed with a Google Page Rank of 5 and was last cached on June 24th which speaks volumes for the pages authority since the last time I checked it was cached on the 20th.

Now for the painful part for those Orange County Realtors that are in a financial crunch. The cost per year to advertise on this website is $299.00.

Note: I find a few dozen sites each month to review. However you as the Realtors are the ones who receive all the solicitations from many website owners. Because of this I am inviting anyone curious about a website to send me the website address and any questions you might have. I won't be able to review all links publicly due to only so many Fridays in a year but I will at least review privately and provide information I dig up on the site itself.
