Funny week at the office . . . Earlier this week, we did a mock listing presentation during a training session. I served as the listing agent and presented to my new favorite couple, Tom Marshall and Leslie Wilson, playing husband and wife, as well as the proud owners of a 1-bedroom condo with leopard print carpeting. Needless to say, the event was a lot of fun and full of signature Tom Marshall one liners. I think the thing I was most impressed with during the exercise was that as I looked over my should during the presentation, the viewing audience was a packed house. It was really a great outing to see the room filled with agents that have been listing and selling homes longer than I've been driving a car. It's great how group participation events really get things going.

My favorite moment of the week came from a conversation with Sue Ghandchilar. Sue and I were discussing how well things are going at the office. The June sales activity is looking great, our agents are staying very busy. Sue, being completely serious, told me that my hair was "returning to normal." When I inquired a little further, she insists that I have less gray hair this year than I did a year ago and that the positive atmosphere in the office was the reason. I guess we'll have to pull out some old photos of me and compare. I'm going to miss all my gray hair, but I guess if it is for the good of the office, it has to be. - Brian
