Jesse we have some local rebate / down payment assistance offered by some of our towns but this $7,500 rebate offer is most generous. Hope it generates some business for you for the targeted new construction homes. I would say, What a deal!

Offering rebates like this is the best way to promote conservation and environmentally friendly building (and cars for that matter.) Our government needs to put its money where its mouth is. NY has the energy STAR program - which gives me an idea for a blog :-)
