I recently sent my blog link to a soon to be Realtor, Rosemary. This was her response:

"Wow those stats are scary, and pretty intimidating. I think that high rate of failure is due in large part to newcomers expecting to make too much money but not wanting to do the work that goes with it. I'm so excited to NOT become one of those statistics!"

How does Rosemary KNOW that she won't become one of those statistics? Does she have a crystal ball?

crystal ball

She KNOWS she won't be one of those statistics because she has interviewed other company's, asked relevant questions to see if she will have the support needed to ACTUALLY BE SUCCESFUL!

She is COMMITTED to taking the relevant steps, one day at a time, focusing on productive activities (thanks to the S.E.L.L training she'll be receiving) that will help her move forward in her career.

She will grow her business foundation quickly by holding Quantum Home Tours, and have learned a language skill set, that will assist her in having conversations that are relevant and meaningful in her career (Probing Module).
She will also learn when she is working in Real Estate, and when she is wasting her time engaging in non productive "work".

Tired of doing things your way and not getting any results? We should definitely talk! Call or email me and let's set a confidential appointment!

2 Comments on Crystal Ball?

I've been a licensed Real Estate Agent for a little over 3 years. I initially started as a Loan Officer for a small brokerage. I bounced around a few offices looking for the company that would teach me how to be a successful Realtor. I ended up taking a 9-5 job for a year and a half, while trying to do Real Estate part time. In 2008 I interviewed with all the top offices in Orange County, and still wasn't sure if I should attempt being a full time Realtor. Then I met Amanda Wernick of Seven Gables. I could immediately tell there was something different going on there. Amanda's energy and enthusiasm led me to agree to a second interview. I was amazed at how consistent Amanda was, in regards to her follow ups and professionalism. I decided to join Seven Gables and undergo the Journey to Mastery training. I'll admit I was still skeptical for the first couple of weeks.

I have now been with Seven Gables 1 & 1/2 months. The first month I trained and participated in 2 Quantum Home Tours, which generated some very solid leads.

The last two weeks I've been working with two certified buyers (generated from the Quantum Home Tours), and have put one couple in escrow (not a short sale either), within 15 days of meeting them.

I have to say that if it was not for Amanda Wernick, I would most likely be doing something else.

The training is unparalleled, and the support I have received from Amanda is unheard of.

I am now confident that I will be successful in this career.
