I am teaching an FHA class next Tuesday afternoon at the St Paul Area Real Estate Association Building at 1PM.  This course is quite a bit different than most other courses.  It's taught from a loan officer's perspective not an underwriters.  We'll discuss some of the little know jewels and opportunities of FHA financing.  We'll go through the recent changes in FHA and how to successfully set the proper expectations with the buyers and Agents.  The course is not set up to be a regurgitation of FHA regs and guidelines, just the basic information that you need to take an FHA application and move it to closing.  This is a great course for loan officers and Realtors.

For registration and course information please go to www.mn-pro.com

I'm hoping to videotape parts of the course.  Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on the format for taping?  Do's and don'ts?  I would like to upload excerpts of the course to YouTube and my blog
