Well, I hope most of you know that June 1st marked the "opening day" of the (Atlantic) Hurricane Season. This season typically last six months but the ending date has gradually been pushed from October 31st to November 15th to the current date of November 30th

A few quick points:

97% of all the Hurricanes occur during that six month period

78 % of Tropical Storms and 96% of Category 3,4 & 5 storms occur from August 1st thru October 31st

The (Northeastern) Pacific Hurricane Season runs from late May to early June to late October to early November

So...How could this affect your closing(s)?

Look for the answer in our next blog.

Until then, protect what's important -
