Life is good on the beach

Welcome to all my new friends at Active Rain. It is nice to be here.

We have had a great year on Folly Beach. We are on a normal pace for 2008 which is good for this market. It is probably the best performer in the Charleston area. Maybe even the South Carolina coast. I have developed a way for you to help me sell beach houses. Please call me for information but it is really easy if you have a website. We can set up a simple referral relationship and anyone you know that likes going to the beach can be our contacts. Everyone likes going to the beach. Help them find someone qualified to build their vacation dreams. I will help with the setup but I am sure you want to meet me first. So please feel free to call me and introduce yourself and we can begin our relationship. 800-476-8444.

It is hot here today but the shade feels cool. I am sitting floor duty and have spoken to 1 person today. 2 more and I can go home.
