For the two finger typer..if you want to be real efficient I highly recommend that you take a typing class, you can either invest in some voice activated software or you can learn to type..you can learn for free at learn2type.com.

How about public records anywhere in the U.S?

Are you on Internet Explorer? If you are stop and read this..check out Mozilla.com and if you ever have experienced losing your blog post right before you are ready to post.
Mark my word..use Mozilla..if your browser shuts down..and you click the icon again..it will ask you restore session?
If you hit restore session all of your lost info is usually restored! For that reason alone it is worth making Mozilla your default browser.
You have to check it out..also if your mls requires IE like my website does with editing just click on the IE tab within Mozilla.

Midori, I have used IE because of my MLS requiring it. I have tried firefox but it was such a pain to change back and forth. The good news with IE though is that with Vista I am not having near the problems that I use to. Now learning Vista has been an experience but the more I use it the more I like it.
