Looks like a wonderful property Gail. The seller has a lot of furniture in the home, yet it still looks homey and open.

Thanks Grace - It feels like the summer doldrums right now. People seem to have been rendered immobile with all the press reports, gas prices, short sales...and whatever else is on their plate. I've suggested the sellers' hang tight, we're priced right....and just have to wait. The only other option is to give it away - thankfully they are NOT desperate.
