Scotts Mill street

Scott's Mill is a highly desired community built on neotraditional design.  Scott's Mill is located southwest of the center of old Apex, NC,off Apex-Barbecue Road.

Raleigh is a 25 minute commute.  The Research Triangle Park, "RTP," is about the same.  Both commutes can vary during heavy drive-time traffic.

The community was developed in the mid to late 1990's by Stratford Woods, LLC, and Scott's Woods, LLC.  Five quality builders provided homes to Scott's Mill, ranging from cozy craftsman-style townhomes in Bungalow Park, to single family charleston, craftsman, and victorian-style single family homes, with home sizes available ranging from 1300 to 3300 square feet.

alleys for parking and service Alleys provide access for parking and services.

Alleys allow homeowners access to parking or garages behind homes.  Homes offer double porches, heavy trim packages, quaint designs, and walkable neighborhoods.

Scott's Mill has a Homeowners Association.  Dues include the community pool, tennis, clubhouse, common area maintenance and range from $30/month for single homes to just over $100/month for townhomes where exterior maintenance is provided.

Home sales currently fall in the $150,000-$370,000 range.  Property taxes are approximately 1% of the property's assessed Tax Value.  More information on Wake County property taxes.

Mike:  You are really good at these.  Both have really stood out. I have been searching how people are adding their communites and I am impressed with yours.

Marchel!

Thanks for the kind words!  It is fun, and I learn about a neighborhood while I'm building the data to put in.

I want the community profiles to be accessible to retail customers, and not drown them in columns of data.  Most folks are visually-oriented, so I try to get the photos in and hope they have broadband service.
