Ring the Bell again!  Add another jewel to the crown!  Break out the good barbecue!

BizJournals just L-O-V-E-S us here in the Raleigh-Cary area.

"Youthful spirit and economic vitality go hand in hand."

And:

"-- 1. Raleigh: This is the only market to finish in the top 10 in three key categories: population growth, job growth, and the percentage of young adults with college degrees. Raleigh is also blessed with a relatively low cost of living."

I confess, I couldn't have said it better.  When you're hot, you're HOT!

Affordable rents, expanding faster than any city but Las Vegas, and the only noted concern is that paychecks may not be growing fast enough.

On top of all that, housing has stayed relatively affordable, with many options for the home Buyer.

OK Mike, I guess you can brag a little more. Here I am in the little ole Triad, inbetween our bigger siblings Raleigh and Charlotte, and we just don't get any honorable mentions. It's okay though, I have learned to live with it. Congrats!

"It ain't braggin' if you can do it..."

Hey, the Triad has nothing to apologize for.  The Piedmont is great.  I don't know how you eat that ketchup laced barbecue, but other than that...

It must be Saturday night in the Triad, too!

Well, you come on over to Cary, and I'll fix you up with some pulled pork as pulled pork was meant to be...

Great news, Raleigh keeps coming up in all the good rankings... safe, good for business, recession-proof and more every day.  I hope we can live up to all the hype and continue our growth in a responsible and sustainable way.
