Hi Neal - looks like rental rates are strong in your area. They are here in my area as well, and on they're on the increase again.

Neal I can't imagine paying $25,000 per month for a rent, that must be one amazing unit.

My first house only cost $27,000 .............. LOL

Neither can I...you can buy 12 cars for the year at that rate.
