Interesting comparison. The values are still dropping, but at least people are now aware of it, as is shown by the days on the market. Good info!

Hi Gary, just checking in on the market...your update kind of shows the story with the market changes in your area.  This means their are some real opportunities for buyers to find a property that was not affordable a few years ago.  Nice update Gary.
