If you are looking for a 55+ community, look at what central Brevard County offers!  Heritage Isle, what a place!  A gated community with a 21,000 square foot club house facility, concierage services, lots of activities to support that active lifestyle.  If you are retired and want an active lifestyle, check this place out! Lest I play favorites there are a couple other great 55+ communities including Grand Isle and Indian River Colony Club located in Viera as well.

If you are looking for a great place to raise your family with great schools and tremendous recreational opportunities, then Viera, Rockledge and Suntree is the place! 

If you want to be on the beach or on the intracoastal waterways, look no further! With 70 miles of coast line, Brevard County offers wonderful beachside living! 

If boating or sailing is your passion, the the Indian River offers offers it all including deep water access to the Atlantic Ocean!  The nearby St. Johns River offers some great bass fishing!   

Brevard County also offers some of the best year round golfing in the state.  With Orlando International Airport only 40 minutes away, getting anywhere in the world from here is easy! Take a day trip over to Tampa (2 hours), Miami (3 hours), Disney World (1 hour). Take a cruise of of Port Canaveral, an inexpensive, nice little get away!
