I have said it before and I will continue to say it...YOUR DATABASE IS YOUR CURRENT AND FUTURE PAY DAY IN ANY MARKETPLACE.
With that said, do you have a database? More importantly are you using that database? You may say, "Jennifer, of coarse I am using the database, how do you think I look up phone numbers?" My response to you is you have a VERY EXPENSIVE ROLODEX, not a database.
WHAT IS AN EFFICENT DATABASE?
An efficient database is one that contains not only the clients mailing address and phone numbers, but one that has the money making information in it, such as; client designation, last conversation, birthdays, anniversaries of last transaction, names of referrals. If one was to start with just that information alone AND UTLILIZE IT, you would see your referrals and bank account increase exponentially!

We couldn't agree with you more on the database bit. We turn about 1000 people every six months and replace them with another 1000 new people. We do get predictable revenue each year from the database we keep. I hope others start to use them.
