Oh hush..........we have snow. Your photo's are really nice, they look real. Pray for nice weather for us.

"They look real?"  Missy?

LOL

Right outside the office door!

It was either step out and take flower photos or hop in the car and throttle a banker.

I took the flower power route. Less paperwork.

I know they ARE real, but I meant such a good shot you can see the fuzz on the panseys, first photo. LOL

Missy,

I am starting to love that camera.  Close up setting for flowers in bright light, and all I had to do was hold it still.

And the Azaleas are starting to bloom.  And the dogwoods.

Best time of the year to shoot landscaping, IMO.

Darleen,

Thanks.  Was it that "banker" thing?  :D

Ray,

Thanks.  You gotta love spring!

Marchel,

After last year's drought, with everything all brown, the bursts of spring color are even more welcome than usual.

Debbie,

Thanks!  Fill those planters!   They will make you smile.

I heard that Wake Forest next month is having a herb fest and showing how you can landscape with them and still use them in your foods. I am excited.

Mike,

I have been taking film photos for many years. I like the film reacts to light, and I became quite accomplished using that medium. As film became scarce, I was forced to acquire a digital body for my Nikon lenses. I chose a D80.

It does a journeyman type job, I like the convenience. But I miss the "pop" of transparency film!

Cheers.

Richard,

If your eye is good, you can get more from film, sure.

I don't have a good enough eye, and I like that I have over 4,000 photos on Flickr with no developing cost.

I have been thinking of breaking out the film camera just for fun, though.

Thanks for coming by!
