I have spent the last couple of days and nights to my familiy's horror reading and trying to educate myself about how to boost my website on the major search engines.  I have read a ton of Blogs and looked through quite a few of the Q&A answers to anything pertaining to SEO and the like. 

Believe it or not ( those of you who know me would most certainly believe me ) I have made little headway and often feel like I am reading a foreign language.  Are there any of you out there that hire someone to optimize your website?  Are any of you lost like me when it comes to this stuff.

By reading a lot of Blogs the one thing agreed upon is that having a great website is really of no value if no one finds it. So, I am asking all of you out in AR to give me advice and or names of whom you would recommend to help me position my website.
