Just in the past week since the temperatures stared to warm up and the clocks went forward that the inventory of homes for sale has started to increase. Since last Monday March 10th the number of homes for sale has increased in my area from a steady 465 since the begining of the year to 492 today that is just since last week. Last summer at the peak there were 564 homes for sale. Hopefully this year there will be a few more buyers around.  No doubt they are on the increase in your area?     www.MontroseHomeConnection.com
