What does it mean to be in foreclosure anyways?

I think that a better description of the process is home-closure. It's not easy to walk down the path of foreclosure and it's worse when you don't feel that anyone understands that it's your HOME that you are losing. Not only do you run the "risk" of someone knowing your financial situation, but you have to walk through the humiliation of waiting for the bank to run it's course! And in the end - ultimately - to be sent packing from the dream of home ownership that originally got you to where you are.

With the amount of home(fore)closures today everyone is affected. If you aren't personally the chances are that you know someone who is....

For so many the process is very confusing and they find it easier to walk away than to seek out the answers. Really, where do you look to find the answers to a process that can potentially be quite embarrassing....

The first thing I want to convey is that you are NOT alone! There are thousands of homeowners in the same predicament right now. There are so many reasons that home(fore)closure happens and you definetely do NOT need to be embarrassed for your situation. I want you to feel free to call me anytime and we can work out the details together. I understand that this is your home and your life that is being affected.

Second, there are so many options that are available when you've reached this stage. Whether you are one payment late or six months into the process let's sit down and look through the details together. Banks can be really hard to figure out and I have the expertise to work with you in communicating and understanding their demands.

Third, please, please don't despair. You may feel that your home isn't saleable because you owe much more than you could get on a sale but the banks are willing to work with that in many circumstances. We can effectively market your home together and I can help work with the bank so that your loss is minimal.

Please, call today and let me help you through this seemingly hopeless process.
