Last Monday I wrote about a great week I had just had. Fortunately it has continued that way. I wrote an offer on a property yesterday haven't heard a response yet. Today I wrote an offer on a piece of property which I'll find out in the next day or two if we have a deal, I suspect with a little negotiating we will. Then at 5pm today I received an offer on a lot that I have listed from another agent. Again seller and buyer are not to far a part so I should imagine in the next couple of days that should be a deal.
