Movie DirectorYes - even Y-O-U, YOU! - can promote your listings via video on the web. It's easy. All you need is a computer, high speed internet and a program called Windows Movie Maker. Most (if not all) Windows computers come with the program. If you would like to learn more about how to create your own listing videos, visit Windows Movie Maker tutorial. After you create your listing video, you can post it on YouTube which will allow you to actually embed the video directly on your website. The good news is it's all free. For an example of what I'm talking about, check out these Sugar Pine Realty video/slideshows that are already online:  439 N Stewart, 16696 Tuolumne Rd, 20750 Haiapo, 16771 Buckhorn Mountain Rd, 26006 Murphy Ranch Rd.

good idea! Especially since most web hosting companys allow you only so much storage space. This is a great way to utilize media files on your website with minimal storage.
