Both actually. Today I closed on a listing of mine that I have had listed for 18 months. A brand new home no less, at least it was in 2006 When It was orginally finished. Who knew at that time it would take this long to sell. It orginally listed for $879,000 Closing sale price  today $775,000. Best of all it was my buyer. Last week a customer of mine I had been working with since the middle of January went under contract for a brand new home at $167,000 due to close Mar 28.                                                                                         Yesterday I wrote an offer on a listing of another company for $175,000 for another buyer I just met last week. The house had been on the market the last 6 months no offers, list price $179,900. This morning the listing agent informs me that he has another offer, would my buyer like to up his offer. He did up the offer to $177,000. I received the call late this pm that my offer was accepted, close Mar 31.  On Saturday I listed a lot for re-sale in a development that I have been selling in since 2003. Tommorrow I am listing a house for around $235,000 from some people who have been on my mailing list for the last 4 years, never had met them until just recently. Nice to be busy again, spring must be coming. Best Wishes everyone  www.MontroseHomeConnection.com
