10.) You are shoveling snow off of ice, and your neck gets sunburnt...a little...

9.) You can get to an open house without snow shoes...or a four-wheel drive.

8.) You change your ringtone from Jingle Bell Rock to Flight of the Bumblebee.

7.) You finally get up the courage to put that fruitcake into the compost bin,

instead of bringing it to the sales meeting-

For the third time.

6.) It doesn't bother you or your clients that your car heater is broken

5.) You wash your car on the way to a showing and don;t need an ice pick to get out.

4.) Your Broker issues new closing gift: Agency branded sunscreen towelettes-mango-scented!

3.) Daylight actually comes through those great skylights and bay windows.

2.) You don't shiver so hard you can't work the lockbox.

and

1.) The yard sign is actually showing buds!

I'm a huge fan of the cold and snow, but I must say, I have had enough this year. We've not had a great deal of snow, but alot of ice storms and bitter cold.

You are not suppost to through fruit cakes into the compost bin. They never brakdown. You're supposed to give it to somebody that did you wrong at Christmas time HAHA!!!

A month ago my granddaughter asked me why they took all of the water out of the lake and put in ice. Yesterday she asked me when they are bringing the water back (she is 4) and we can go tubing. We are all ready for spring here in Minnesota.
