This cute little community is right around the corner from my office.  Actually I made the Villa look a lot bigger than it really is - it's 1978 square feet, but still a great value.

Funny that you mention that - we are priced to sell and the owner down the street calle my clients to tell them that they underpriced their home 9(never mind that her home has been on the market w/no buyers for over 6 months).

As always, if you price it right, and its the right home, it will sell.  We'll see. My clients have a great property w/great amenities. 

Tracy:  Nice listing and great way to showcase it.  I do wish my area would catch on and start focusing more on the 55 plus communities.  Maybe some day...

Looks like a great listing. After you sell it, the neighbor will relist  with you when it expires.
