I'm currently sitting in a meeting with two collaborators on a special real estate training project. We've titled our presentation: The Client Project: How to find them - sell them - keep them. We're playing with some ideas on getting a mortgage company to "host" our presentation -- starting in the eastern NC area. While each one of us has skills and substantial expertise in the marketing arena -- and what we generally do with training isn't your usual stuff -- we were wanting to know what a real estate professional would be looking for to help them survive today's market.
