I am asking agents who have been on teams successful or not if they believe teams in real estate work and if so, what are the key factors in making such circumstances successful?
I am part of a two person real estate team and I think it works great. Two heads are always better than one. My partner and I each have different talents to strengths to bring to the table. We compliment each other incredibly and I can not imagine doing buisness any other way.
However, I think having a partner that is compatiable with you is critical.
I am building teams with mortgage brokers and Realtors. In fact, a mortgage broker my business associate and I met with is introducing us to the 9 Realtor offices he services. Without his 'connection' it would take us months to create relationships he already has with each office. It is a win-win-win situation for everyone involved.
