Kansas City Real Estate market activity

Here is the current market activity for January 2008 for the Kansas City MLS area (as of 02/18/2008). Despite how the Real Estate market is portrayed in the national media, the Kansas City Real Estate market is still demonstrating much resilience. Over the past few years, Kansas City Metro area has been very fortunate to have not seen the types of investor speculation and unrealistic price increases like many other major markets over the past few years. For this reason we also are not seeing the kind of declines like many other major real estate markets. These numbers are for single family residential in the month of January for the Kansas City MLS areas.
