Spring Market: When should I list my home?

Everyone is getting ready for the Spring Market. The big question is when will it really arrive. The way to get ahead of the spring rush is to put your house on early. Right now in the Cary, Crystal lake, Algonquin and Lake in the hills markets the inventory is still down. The strategy is if the buyers come out they will have less to choose from.

List now. If you want to sell you will need longer time on the market. List now. Don't get into a position where you have to sell.
