Beat the manic Monday syndrome

No Monday blues here. I am looking forward to Monday, February 11th.

No, I am not crazy, and while I'd like to chalk this up to the fact that I believe I am a positive person, I have more than a little help with this one tomorrow.

So what's got me all warm and fuzzy with anticipation? No special happy hours tomorrow folks, just a good dose of online advice, networking and keynote speakers at the 2008 National Real Estate Convention.

The Convention runs from February 11th-February 17th. You can register easily online and your login and password to attend this convention will be emailed. Did I mention the price tag on this expo rings up as $FREE.

There are many exhibit booths and national speakers. Here are a few sessions that I am looking forward to:

Dave Beson-Dave Beson- Monday, Feb. 11th-"Three Big Myths of Real Estate Marketing"

Dave Liniger- Tuesday, Feb. 12th-"Send your sales curve up, up and away"

Justin McCarth- Tuesday, Feb. 12th-"Using Google to Boost Your Real Estate Sales"

Michael Russer- Wed. Feb. 13th- "Dominate On-Line"

John Helmering- Thurs. Feb. 14th- "How to turn your blog into sales!"

Phyllis Staines

- Fri. Feb. 15th- "Turning CyberSide Chats into Big Business

Bill French- Sat. Feb. 16th-

"Secrets for Successful Blogging!"

Bill Gates- In the Showcase- CES Keynote

There are door prizes, booth prizes, networking and more. The only thing this convention lacks is food, but given my winter munchies I have caved into this season, that's fine with me.

I like Mondays because everyone goes back to work and the grocery stores are empty.

Epcon Communities- Anytime the grocery stores are empty is a good time.

Cathy and Marchel- Awesome, I have been attending these since 2002 and it is well worth the time spent. Marchel- You will get an email with a log in and password. Normally the sessions are open with the keynote speakers of the day until around midnight of that day. Double check the agenda, which you will be emailed, just to be sure. It will give you all the information you need everyday. Also, if you go thru the exhibit hall, make sure to register at the booths for the prize.

Rosario- I am very impressed with the way they have it setup, they really have progressed since they started. Last summer I attended an online convention for affiliate marketing and it was setup extremely well. The speakers were actually live sessions, and you could ask questions through chatting.

Teri- No problem that is what this community is about:-) I think I need a separate notebook for all of the tips I am learning from A/R (arrgghhh, I know, I still like my paper AND my internet- would love to be paperless, not sure when I will allow that to happen).

Marchel- Awesome, which session was that? I attended two today and then a few in the , Jerry Rossi and Dave Beson and a few in the Showcase section. I am going to take a look at that later tonight, and then take a browse thru the exhibitor booths. I am not a member of cyber society, I had been in 2001/2002. Looked at it again, $149 doesn't seem to be a bad deal, but the key is finding time to use the tools. Regardless of the price tag, if I don't use what I am buying it is a waste of money-)

Rebecca, Great minds must think alike? You pretty much nailed my favorite speakers all the way down the line. I am looking forward to the one on fung shui also. Dave Lininger really nailed it and the Gates one is awe inspiring!

Jim- I agree, haven't yet attended today's sessions, will do that this evening. Dave's was the best I have listened to so far. Haven't yet attended Bill Gates. Can't wait.
