IF you need to grow more, then here is what you need to do....

1. Get involved in some of the training. Create a plan.

2. Train or learn tasks for another job. Learn something new.

3. Use special assignments as learning opportunities. Do something different.

4. Use the tools you need to succeed. Even if it means learning something new or using something new.

I ask, "How can you grow, if you don't?" If you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got.
