 KEYWORD STUFFING

A Google bomb (AKA, 'link bomb') is Internet slang for a certain kind of attempt to influence the ranking of a given page in results returned by the Google search engine.  When many sites with "simular keyword subject content" all link to a main link page a Google bomb is created. These types of practices can result in place on GOOGLE'S BLACK LIST. If your site is structured in this way it will drop off the face of the internet. 

 

Keyword stuffing:  is considered to be an unethical search engine optimization (SEO) technique. Keyword stuffing occurs when a web page over saturatted with keywords in the meta tags or in content. The  constiant repetition of words in meta tags may explain why many Search engines no longer use these tags. These types of SEO tactics do walk a fine line. Keyword stuffing has been used in the past to obtain the greatest placment withen the search engines.

I had not seen any websites that have been black listed from the web.  The example you had given is good.  You can see why.
