I have always wanted to know how to shoes get there or on the side of the road. Should they be on your feet? I am happy that most places hace underground wires here in Orlando.

I heard through a reliable source, that it means drug deals are going on in the neighborhood.  There are probably better ways to mark one's territory, without losing a perfectly good and expensive pair of sneakers.  Now the question is why or how should I know that?
