I don't know if you've had the chance to read what two of our own think about the local real estate market in the coming year.  Coy Knapp and Mike Brennan (along with Betsy Hurst-Younger of Century 21 Wildwood) were recently interviewed by Liz Garone of the Modesto Bee.  Among other things, Coy believes that we are seeing a more "realistic market" these days versus the over inflation of the recent past.  And that "realistic market" is still a very good one, Coy concludes.  Mike adds that "due to the fact that [our] area has a limited supply of housing, the demand for homes in the area will always be there."  Some good news I think for the coming year.  You can read the entire articles at:  Coy and Mike speak about the market
