My husband loves rolls and they really are easy. They just take a bit of time to wait for the rising. Believe me you will be emailing me to thank me because these rolls will be all the rage at any gathering.

Grandma Mann's Easy Roll Recipe


1/4 Cup Warm Water
1 tsp. Sugar
1 Tbls. Yeast

Mix and let raise

1/2 Cup Margarine (Melted)
1/2 Cup Sugar
3 Beaten Eggs
3/4 Cup Milk
3/4 tsp. Salt
1 Cup Flour

Mix margarine and milk then add other ingredients including yeast mixture. Add 3-31/4 Cups flour. Raise one hour. Divide in half and roll into circles. Spread with melted butter and cut with pizza cutter into 16 pieces and roll into crescent rolls. Let raise 2-3 hours.

Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes.
