Saturday morning I received a phone call from a reporter at Fox News 35 television.  She wanted to get some unbiased opinions about Amendment #1 on Florida property taxes. I've never been on TV before.  An interesting experience to say the least.

Here is a link to the interview. Fox News 35 interview.

BB - Yes that is my blog in the background.  They asked me to log on to it.  The coolest thing is that the reporter found my blog by doing a Google search and contacted me from there.

Debbie - Thank you.

rayp - If you sold your 1st property in April 2006, you lost your exemption.  Even if this amendment passes it is only retroactive to properties sold after 1/1/2007. Sorry.
