While you're on that window where you upload the picture, there's another tab that says "Appearance", click on that where it has choices of sizing your picture, where you want to place it (top, bottom, center, etc.).  Experiment with it by inserting and editing.  Good luck!

...and for finding pictures, google images rocks.  Type in any goofy thing and hundres of options come up.

The best way forward with this is to do an AR search for adding "Graphics" to your Blog.

The Folks at AR have just given us a brand spanking new Search tool. It works great :)

Just wanted everyone to know that I have figured the picture thing out.  Thanks to all for the great advice.  I am still a bit confused on the positioning and wording but I am sure that will come also.
