Tom - You could say it was "Hamming it up in Hemet". It's great that you get to do so much networking with others at Active Rain. I have read quite a few of John's blogs. He really has it put together!

BTW...did you call me? I received a message, but it was really fuzzy. I think it was you. I've been on the road showing homes to an out of state client. I did not have a very good signal. If it wasn't you...I have NO IDEA who it was!! :-)

Oh yeah...one of my daughters looked at your picture (the Christmas card) yesterday and said, "Mommy, do I know him?" I said, "no..he's a friend from AR." She said, "Are you sure I don't know him? Because he looks like someone I remember from a long time ago. He has a nice face!" I said, "Well, baby, he is a nice man." She said, "When do I get to meet him, then?" When, Tom?? :-)

I love American Home Shield.   I often give a one year warranty to a buyer at closing.   And you are a social butterfly is right you should have been a lulpolitician.   I'd vote for ya !

Tom:  It is so cool that you have several rainers in your area and you get to meet with them from time to time.  There are only a couple in my area and althought I don't see them, I do correspond with one fairly often.
