Are your clients interested in saving money?

Today's economy is sluggish yet there are thousands of people, who are always looking ahead to a brighter future.  I decided to help my clients explore what I learned recently.  I call it the art of smart money management.

My wife loves to shop, what wife doesn't, but one great thing about her is her ability to understand a good deal and what is one to wait on.  She is a smart shopper and is constantly looking for the sale (SALE).  Obviously the less we spend the more we save, and she understands the value of saving where she can.  Although you can not save money everytime the main objective is to save as much as possible and get the best of everything.  The wealth concsious mentality only settle for the best and the world responds by giving you the best.

Albert Einstein once Said:

"Those who understand interest, earn it,

does that don't, pay it"

Definition of Insanity:

Doing the same thing over and over

expecting different results

As for real estate it is the same concept if we understand the difference between a good deal and a bad deal, we will almost always come out on top.  Isn't this what your clients want? to get the best deal for their money?  Logically we are not going to settle for what we don't want, but we will settle for what we want at a reasonable price.  But there is more to it than just that "The blind spot" the behind the scenes if you will.  From the relationships that I have been able to establish in life, I have met some very interesting people.  The lawyers, the big time sales guru, to the doctor just to name a few.  These are smart people, they have credentials they earn a great pay check have great houses, and are stuck in debt.  Some in huge debt just to say the least.  Althought they are educated men and women they lack the understanding of money and interest.  They pay out so much in interest and don't have any worries, and this is the mentality which drives our economy.  How much richer could one be if he or she understood the importance of interest.  ALbert Einstein could not have said it better, and today I am challenging each and everyone of you to take an hour from your day.  Educate your self on what's making people in AMERICA happier by the thousands.  If you are looking to save for your future, dedicate a little time and study the website below.  It can help you realize savings beyond your wildest dreams, and put additional income in your pocket.  What's eating your wallet? The fact of the matter is interest on your mortgage can have a long term effect.  I have been successfully running this program on two of my properties and it works.  But in closing I must say (If you don't understand it) take a little time to ask our team of dedicated members will help you see why this is an opportunity that gives you leverage.

Most of all when the economy is sluggish you must take time to organize yourself contact those old clients with new innovative ideas that could help them realize positive results...
