Here are some great ways to have fun as they year-and the market-get rolling:

-Always kiss your Blackberry when emailing in public.

-Answer your phone with "Hi Mom!" no matter who is calling.

-Tell everyone at the sales meeting you saw a Chinese newscaster speaking Spanish and watch the reaction.

(This is for real-I saw a Chinese newscaster speaking Spanish on a general news show broadcast on Dish TV.)

-When your lender asks you if you want fries with your 615-FICO-stated income-10 percent down,

tell him/her to make sure those fries are hot.

-Hang frozen fish from your yard signs painted in flourescent colors.

-Better yet, put riders on your yard signs that say: "Honk if you love this house!"

-When all elses fails, redecorate your on line listings.
