SARAH COOPER turned me on to this awesome site and now that I'm addicted I wanted to share with the rest of you! With this Techy Tool there are too many things to mention so I'm directing you to http://www.flickr.com/The technical possibilities here are endless. Customize you're photos for real estate and beyond. Flickr is best used when you invite your friends and family and even clients. They can look at your photo albums with a click of a mouse. You can also create blogs on Flickr thus creating endless opportunities. Give it a shot. I promise you will love it.

I am registered on Flickr but haven't played around with it much to see what it can do...but it's free and looks great.
