As always, I seem early to rise.  It is quite a testament when I am logged into Active Rain, commenting, writing, discovering, etc...

Active Rain has been a great inspiration to me and our business.  Now that this year is coming to a close and 2008 is just around the corner, I must give my thanks.

I would like to thank all of you that have read, responded, got angry, were sad, shared my pain, and gave part of yourselves, and all the other emotions that we shared over the past year, THANK YOU.

Sincerely, I would hope you do exceedingly well in the 2008 Market and even beyond your own expectations in production and earned commission.

If you happen to be down, in the dumps, because of the way this year closed, I am here to tell you that nothing ever stays the same.  The Real Estate market has been up and it has been down.  It matters not what the current position of the market is. 

What matters is your own current position. (read that last sentence again and meditate on it...)
