Seattle Kid Friendly Traveling Option!
I remember when I traveled alone with my first baby sixteen years ago - lugging that giant car seat all the way across the airport to change planes...while I also held my daughter and my bags...
Aaaah the joy of air travel with babies and toddlers...
I usually like to stick to writing about Seattle real estate and Seattle suburb happenings, but I had to share this tip. Even if I only reach one person it will be worth it!!!
A solution:
GoGo Babyz has come up with the Kidz Travelmate - it is basically a dolly cart for your car seat - COMPLETE with kid in it!!!! The dolly only weighs five pounds and folds up to practically nothing, but glides your car seat and little one all the way through that airport! The wheels are the same Razor wheels from the Razor scooter and they provide a smooth ride for your child up to fifty pounds!
Another great feature? It stays attached to the seat while your child sits in it on the airplane! Yes! It stays on while you need it - just make sure to take it off before you put baby or little one in the car.
I have a one year old and this is one of the best kiddie products I have seen in years! It is compatible with almost any carseat - so check it out and see if it will work for yours!
Where can you find it? I only found one store in Seattle that carried it!!! The Right Start near U Village - thank you to The Right Start! Babys R Us doesn't have anything on you! The Right Start is filled with glorious toys and nifty ideas for your little one.
