Long before I got into real estate I was a software developer. So it was pretty natural that within a short time after getting into real estate I'd start to really get interested in Internet marketing. I was the first Realtor in Sacramento to publish a blog (back before ActiveRain), and I've done fairly well with my various web sites in the local market.
From time to time I've taken on a contract or two in software, but other than that, I've been doing real estate full time since 2002. Of course, I say doing real estate full time, but much of that time has been devoted to Internet Marketing, and growing a business centered on having substantial Internet market share.
Lately I decided to begin writing about real estate Internet Marketing on my old software development web site, ParticleWave.com. One day by participating in ActiveRain I met a colleague here, Peter Thompson, who had an interest in getting some help with his outside blog, which we've since launced as Illinois Mortgage Rates and News, and he was kind enough to write up this really nice testimonial. Actually this was a double bonus, because Peter was one of those ideal clients who had some pretty specific ideas about the areas he wanted help in, and he has a good sense of what it will take to be successful as a blogger, understanding that it will be a long term effort involving great content and reputation-building.
So thanks again, Peter, for the testimonial, and if you need help with your Internet Marketing, please subscribe to ParticleWave for tips and articles and keep us in mind if you need additional help.
Hey I clicked over to the site, nice work. I was also a consultant to tech, data modeling and DB design, have only used it on my own though.
Take care!
